Only Section Groups added to Proposal Group should be visible in advanced search

Client Fortrea heavily leverages Proposal Builder 1.0 and has built out Proposal Groups for their teams. Current behavior when attempting to filter by Section Group it shows all the Section Groups. The Client would like only the Section Groups that have been added to the Proposal Group are visible.

Hi @Nicole @kristen The Proactive Proposal 1.0 will not have any new enhancements. Since, we launched the new Proposal Builder. It has the filter in the section group. Kindly ask them to migrate to the new Proposal Builder.
