Client Fortrea would like the ability to add a hyperlink in a comment. This would allow for greater collaboration between their teams.
@Nicole We do have option to add a hyperlink in the discussions. Can you please confirm if this is what you are looking for?
@Khalees V not quite - it's great we can add a link but ideally we'd be able to create an actual hyperlink like in the Rich Text editor. This is helpful when the link itself is long so it doesn't make the comment too large.
@Nicole Understood. Bringing rich rich text editor like link capability for comments will be considered in future if we receive similar request from our Customers.
