Hi Team, This is raised on behalf of the TRP customer.
I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we've discovered regarding the updating of QA pairs when content is downloaded using the default template and then imported back. Currently, when we export content using the "default template" and make changes to the custom fields and answers, upon importing the file using the import updates feature, we find that only the custom field values are being updated. Changes in the QA pairs themselves are not reflected. This behavior, though identified as intended, is posing a challenge for our customers who need the ability to modify QA pairs and bulk update them.
For a clearer understanding, We've replicated this in our test instance "Support V2.0" using the following steps:
- Filter the QA pairs in CCL.
- Export them using the default Word template.
- In the exported file, make changes to the custom field and answer.
- Save the file.
- In CCL -> import updates -> add this file.
- The pop-up confirms that the QA pairs have been updated.
- However, upon review, only the custom field is updated, not the answers.
Given the importance of this feature for our users, it would greatly benefit our product to enable the updating of QA pairs upon import.
