right now you cannot have a separate style for Descriptions in Response Templates. this functionality was requested by Sedgwick
@jcastle We will consider it for future releases. Is it possible to share the exported template with descriptions? I would like to understand how the descriptions are formatted in the final template.

we can also see the way they mapped it in their instance under "Lithia @& Driveway (Easy Word).docx
