Ability to Review the toggle in bulk at question level (Any, All-Review Process)

While completing the review, the reviewed toggle is not automatically turned on; for the custom process, a pop-up shows it's happening.

Steps:

Assign the same author and reviewer to Section View.
Answer QA pairs, submit reviews, and complete reviews.
Again, remove the reviewer from question level and then add again The pop-up appears, and the review toggle is automatically turned on for all questions. customer needs the same requirement for all review process
