After our AI assistant demonstration, our client prepared a full list of observations/issues in a presentation and I've attached to this S4.
1) Not at par with Recommendation engine, since it doesn’t give responses despite exact/similar QA existing in Answer library
2)Prone to give wrong/irrelevant responsesdespite the correct QA in Answer library.
3) Lot of manual efforts required to validate, and copy paste answer as it doesn’t give both compliances and comments as output
4) It does not give a right answer at very first shot; multiple iterative runs are required with different options.
The client would like to setup a meeting with our product team to understand Responsive's stance on their feedback and learn more if these insights will be looked at for future roadmap releases.
