Ability to set default search filters in the CCL

Hi Team,

Microsoft is interested in the ability to set default search filters in the CCL. For example, they could specify in org settings that ContentIdentifier, Project Name, tags, and collections, should be available by default. They feel that the search filters are a little buried and not all of their users will find them. It could remove friction to have them available by default.
