Optum has raised an issue where we can not use Ignore and Header at the same time with mapping.
They have some content above the header row, which they are not able to mark as Ignore. Ignore is disabled.
This is the behavior as of now.
Client request: They want "Ignore" to be enabled even if they choose a header row, since they have saved a similar project as Project Template.
When the cells above the header are not marked “ignore”, and if the format of the cells matches with the cells that we have marked as “Section“. What happens is, when we save this as Project template and use it to create a new project, the content above the headers is automatically marked as a Section in the newly created project.

If we refrain from using the Header column and ignore the cells (including headers), typing the answer header for all the Answers becomes a manual task for the customer, which is not ideal.
