Due to a restriction placed by the user's internal system (Visa Security Policy), the customer is unable to upload documents into RFPIO.
Customer says that the user interface (UI) sometimes simply spins without providing the user with any feedback or sometimes states an unexpected error. The end user must be properly informed that this document cannot be uploaded.
Customer needs to be notified that the documents cannot be uploaded into RFPIO because the problem is more related to the Visa Security Policy.

Attached is the video of the issue and also is a screenshot of the Developer Tools in the browser which indicates how Visa Firewall is blocking the upload of the sensitive document to RFPIO servers. But on the UI, there is no user friendly messaging. Instead the user thinks it attached properly even though it did not.
