Export - Pin ALL option and remove the question attachment text

Pin All option on the export view.
Remove the question attachment text once after exporting.

@KIRITHIKA ANANDHAKRISHNAN For request 2, the attachment text will not appear if you disable 'Question attachment text' in org settings->Project Preferences. I think we can remove point 2. FYI.

The customer necessitates the inclusion of the question attachment text in the response field, and unfortunately, we won't be able to ask the user to disable this option.

But as per discussion, the request was to not include the question attachment text for pinned files right? @KIRITHIKA ANANDHAKRISHNAN Let me know if I misunderstood this.
