We have received an enhancement request from Insung Kim - T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
A project is saved as template along with the project comments. Now, when we try to create a new project from the previously saved templates carrying forward the comments, the comments authors names changes to the name of the person who has created the project and not the actual comment author name. This happens when we create projects from project templates.
Use case as provided by client: Keeping the source of the comments left in project templates is critical. As we encourage folks to collaborate in the system more, there are multiple commenters in a project then it can be saved as a project template for future use. Overriding all previous commenters’ info simply with a person who creates a new project could cause lots of confusion.
