Currently , our system doesn't carryover the help text associated with a question when we re-order or move the questions to other sections.

Especially with federal RFP, we encounter clients shuffling the questions multiple times to align with the solicitation.

@Sridevi Understood. There should be option to move the help text as well along with questions. We will fix this gap in the near-term release.
