I posted his message back in June so trying again given all the updates. Please see below and if anyone can help that would be great.
what I posted as currently we still do not see a way to make what we mark as description text in the customers original come out in black and the answer text come out blue even though we are using custom font and color for the answer text. So the question really becomes it looks like whatever you mark as description in the intake of the customer doc takes on the characteristics of whatever the response font and color are. If that is the case how can that be changed? There is no specific setting that says " make description text the same as " it defaults to whatever the response text is, which is not what we want.
