It appears that as a reviewer, users with team member roles are unable to see the comment bubbles in the section view, which would help them identify sections with comments. Conversely, users with admin roles can see comment bubbles in the section view.
Requesting comment bubbles in the section view for all roles (team member) where they are mentioned in comments which would help them identify sections with comments in that view.
