Adding Manual Question Number

This is regarding ticket 46739 for Capstone Publishing. Current behavior does not allow a user to add a manual question number until after the question has been added. This adds extra clicks and steps to the workflow. Requesting that the user be able to add/edit the manual question number at time of question creation. Thank you!

@Nicole Stanford Understood. Ability to add or edit the question numbers when we add questions manually will be considered in our future updates.

Steps to replicate:

In project >> add question manually >> Advance settings >> Question number >> manual (no option to add question number at this step) >> Add.

Now, click 3 dot of the added question >> Advance settings >> Question number >> manual (now we have the option)

Client has reported that it takes more clicks to add the manual question number, not having the option to add it right when we create a question..
