Q: Is Intake Survey integrated with salesforce?

A: No @Linda Leonard. It is not integrated with Salesforce yet. We have it in the roadmap to have it integrated. Hi Samantha, it is not automated right now. So it has to be sent manually. We also have the template feature in the future release. So the survey questions can be stored as templates and reused for each intake. We'll also look into having the due dates for Survey. -@Ajay

Q: Is there any way to export the survey response out of Responsive?

A: No @Sarah Biskup. We are working on having it as part of our future release. -@Ajay

Q: Can the survey be an automatic part of the intake process/workflow or do you manually have to send it each time? Also, can due dates be applied to ensure this information is completed prior to any kickoff strategy calls?
