Client requirements to do a project-wide search for a keyword:
1. If someone calls me and I’m working on Project A and that person says “Hey I need to talk about performance guarantees on Project B”. I need to be able to switch to Project B type in “performance guarantees”(keyword) and have it search the whole project so I can immediately find that question in the project.
2. Another example is if I get word that one of our vendors has changed their name. I need to be able to search the entire project for their old name.
