Ability to gate proposal builder with an NDA (or enforce NDA is in place before download/export)

We're working on getting Proposal Builder stood up in the IRI and it has occurred to me that we currently have no way to ensure an NDA is in place before a rep self-services to generate a proposal.

Could we consider adding the capability to confirm the NDA is in place before the proposal is downloaded or shared? Even better would be if it could integrate with salesforce to ensure its in place.

There are few scenarios,

Do you think we need to have NDA in all the two cases.

1. Before generating the Proposal.
2. Before downloading the Proposal

(Or) only below case,

But usually, after sharing the Proposal. The receiver should sign a NDA before opening the document.
