Obsolete Content + Review Cycle

Raising on behalf of Vizient - they feel that if a review cycle occurs, that the Q&A pair should be disregarded from obsolete content. Since it just exited a review cycle and was confirmed up to date , that content would still be considered relevant to an end user and not necessarily obsolete.

@Harish N I suppose one could make the argument that the reviewer has seen the Obsolete Content indicator during review, and still chose to mark the content as reviewed. And therefore it is appropriate to remove it off the obsolete list. In that regard, this request makes sense.

PS: That said, I think the indicator is too subtle to notice, and it is entirely possible that the reviewer may have chosen to archive/delete if they realized the content is obsolete. Possibly even more likely they will unintentionally mark it reviewed, when bulk reviewing. Should we show a warning (with a "do not show again" checkbox) indicating the content hasn't been used in some time? They can choose to ignore and proceed with marking it as reviewed.
