Hi, everyone - I have been a user of Responsive for the last 3ish years. I have recently started to use the Project Notes feature. How is everyone using it? Just trying to get some ideas on different ways to use the tool. Thank you!
Hi @Elizabeth Detwiler One way to use Project Notes is to track items like product enhancement requests, additional resources needed to fulfill a client's requirements,("this client needs a feature that's releasing in Q2 for instance).
However, it is very customizable!
@Tara Kolinsky are you using Project Notes at Responsive? Any examples?
@Elizabeth Detwiler HI! It's great to see your name come across my screen!
We are using project notes here at Responsive. Our primary use case right now is to use it to track trends in RFx - as we see requests for functionality we don't currently support, we are using project notes to capture those details so we can share them with our product team for potential enhancements.
We also identified a specific component of our workflow that was taking longer than it should, so we're using project notes to capture details around the time it takes that process and roadblocks that caused the delay so hopefully we can improve that process. For this use case, we're just kicking it off, so hopefully, we get some good data from it soon!
Hello! We have a weekly status call where we go over all projects in queue and the team members working on them provide updates on completion progress, any 'things' that have come up, etc. We use project notes during these meetings. We have an instance open in different tabs for each project - We gave it a category of weekly call, and we enter any updates there. It's nice because then we have a running record of updates throughout the life of the project.
