Authors and Reviewers Settings - Default at Project Level

Previously the Authors and Reviewers settings affected the creation of new projects. Customers would use these settings to default all new projects with specific authors, reviewers, and add a default review type (Any, All, Sequential).

This feature no longer functions at the Org/Project level. It appears to only be applied when a manual section is added to an existing project.

Can the old functionality be added back? MFS Investment Management is requesting this.

@Pablo Ojeda We will consider adding default authors and reviewers for imported sections in the future roadmap. Keep you posted when we prioritize it.
