Que and notify later for comments

1. In our workflow, the proposal team builds answers out in the project space and assigns authors. However, we do not release those Q&As to SME authors until the entire questionnaire is prepopulated by us. Because authors are not receiving them just yet, if we leave comments in the comment tool, those comments will be sent to the authors immediately – this could cause confusion for the authors as they have not yet received their official notification email of question/section assignments. Is there a way around this?

The client needs to have the Que and notify later for the comments mentioned in the projects as similar To notify, select the user(s) and click "Send Notification"

2.Also on the subject of us prepopulating those answers – the progress bar/percent complete tracks what is marked “Answered” – we wait for any SME authors to come in and review/edit the response, and THEY are supposed to hit the Answer button. Is there no way to track the percentage that are prepopulated by us before the SMEs come in?

The client needs to have the progress bar for the UN ANSWERED Questions similar to what we have for Answered

Hi, Few clarifications and workarounds

1. Once the admin pre-populates the answer for all the questions in the project, then can then assign authors and send the notification. Why do they need to use comment to notify authors?
2. Workaround for the second request is to manually mark the questions as "Not Answered" through the bulk answer option in the answering page.
