Pop up notification for unanswered Questions

I'm raising this idea on behalf of Vodafone Customer.

For a section assigned to a reviewer, there is no designated author. When the same user edits the response and toggles the "Answered" status without reviewing it, the pop-up notification for unanswered questions does not appear, as it is the same user.

@KIRITHIKA ANANDHAKRISHNAN This is the current behavior when authors are not assigned to sections. We will track this for future and will prioritize if we receive similar feedbacks from our Customers.
