For Project Notes export, the user needs the Project Name and Date.

User need Project Name and Date to be there in the Project Notes Export as shown below.

Use Case by user -

We are planning to send this project notes feed to another system(JIRA). In order to identify project wise items and date on which the comments was raised, we will require these details.
