I'm submitting these ideas on behalf of Vodafone.
- Clarification question number needs to be exported when we use "Request Clarification" from the clarification tab.
- While exporting, the clarification needs an option to hide the ID field, which can be a filter option before exporting.
- Once we export the clarification, the customer will add some more clarification in the same file, which will not have an ID, so currently we will not be able to import. However, the customer requested the option to do the import updates.
