Search Feature in Project Dashboard and Export specific QA pairs from inside Project

From the project dashboard, the user needs a search function to search by author name or by their initial. Also from inside the project, select the particular QA pair/questions that were unanswered by a particular user and wanted to export them.

Do you know why they would like to have search in Dashboard?
Who will be performing the search?
What would they want to see after they filter?
