estimated completion time

When a project is uploaded, being able to show an 'estimated completion time' based on previous projects and how long they took to complete.

This would also be great to track over the customer's lifetime. Ex. When you started it would take you 20 minutes per question and 7 hours per RFP and now it is 15 min per question and 5 hours per RFP.
