This connects to PROD- I-889, but I came across the scenario that, if not available to customers, would be valuable to the Professional Services team to turn on and off.
If a customer decides they want a new custom field for reporting on the project side (maybe this information was tracked elsewhere in a different system), they must unarchive each project and apply that metadata. This could be tedious for customers with 100s or 1000s of projects. It would be nice if we could export the metadata into an excel, make an update, and reimport, just like we would on the AL side.

I saw today that there is a "Project Metadata Import" feature, which might be a halfway point to importing updates, but there is no documentation on this. Also, I think that feature is just to import past projects but can't be used to update metadata
