Ability to translate questions inside a non translated Project.

As of now we have the option at question level where users can translate the responses alone to a different language in the project. Client requirement here is to have the source file imported as it is while creating a project and if an author is assigned to a question in a language that they are not familiar with, can we translate the question to our preferred language to answer that particular question.

@janani Got the use-case. We are working on an enhancement where the entire project (section and question) can be translated from one language to another. Please note that this enhancement will be similar to the translate option during import. That said, translating at the question or section level is on our future roadmap (Timeline: TBD).
