Content ID to have the ability to be fetch even when searched in Lower case

Current Behavior: The content Id for each question can be searched only when all the ID details are typed in upper case. Screenshot of the same below:

The result would appear as below:

However searching in Lower case

It won't yield any result

Expected behavior: To have the ability to search even with Lower case.

@Manjula Gnanaguruswamy @Dinesh Kumar I would imagine this'd be a simple fix. Don't see a reason why the search should be case sensitive. Can you estimate and confirm if we can add to RRT?

ADP asked about this today and wants to know if/when we will change the search to not be case-sensitive.

@Pablo Ojeda @sunitha We have fixed this one, You can check on the same and revert back to the client. The search is no more case-sensitive.
