Some Q/A's from the session are listed below.

1. Question: Can the duplicate check detect near duplicates or only exact duplicates? (For example, if someone changed a word or two for this project but the rest of the answer is the same as another Q&A pair.) - @Claire Henderson Answer: The question or answer must be an exact match to appear on the report. You can learn more about the Duplicate Report here.
2. Question: Do you have to hit submit for review in order for the reviewer to be notified? Answer: Yes, the Submit for Review notifies the reviewer. All reviewers will be notified when they have content to review, however, if they are sequential, only the first reviewer will receive the notification.
3. Question: Does the duplicate check work within the same project? So you can see if you have used an answer already to a similar question in a different section? Answer: We have a feature called Audit Answers that checks for duplicate answers WITHIN a Project. If you don’t see it in your instance, your CSM can enable it for you!
4. Question: Can you give more details about the failsafe for duplicates when 'save in library' is toggled on? - Ishaan Answer: Yes, so if you enable the Project Duplicate Check at the Org level, when completing a Project, the duplicate cleaner will automatically populate so you can prevent saving duplicates back! Admins will need to enable this feature.
5. Question: Why is there no possibility to set an order for authors like for reviewers? - Anna Maria Answer: Not at this time - however it is on the roadmap for next year!!
6. Question: Is there a default setting with that “save in library” toggle? I love that button but it is problematic! - @Becky Dozier Answer: You set preferences for the Save in Answer Library at the Project Level OR Org Level. 7. Question: Regarding the project view: our people seem to only be able to see their own projects that are in flight. Is there a way for the people to see projects from other team members? -Natasha Answer: Team Members can only see Projects they are assigned too. Admins are able to see ALL projects - regardless if they are assigned to or not. Great topic to discuss within the Community or your CSM!
