Filtering Author/Reviewer at the section level

Hi Team,

While filtering the author or reviewer at the question level, it should stick in the same section. Now since the filter is applied for the whole section it navigates to the first section.

@KIRITHIKA ANANDHAKRISHNAN This is the expected behavior. Upon filtering, we will not be retaining the current position (what if the question that i am in or the section i am in does not have the author or reviewer).

That said, we are working on section wise view of questions. When we roll out that, the filter will work within the section.
