PROD-I-894 Configuring more than one question in a single row in excel

Based on request from Fiserv (#27269)

In Excel file, is there any possibility to mark more than one question in same row? (Please refer attached screenshot).

Currently users are not able to mark adjacent cells as questions (Horizontally).

@Shyam I am closing this S4 as we can use table as answer type to bring the entire table as response.
