Client : Adenza
The content library of Adenza is designed in a way, where the responses have screenshots which are actually attached with the responses. When this QA is used in a project which is an Excel, the export looks good but if it is a Word RFP, the attached image needs to be displayed as the actual image instead of having the Attachment Text showing up.
If the image is attached in the response, the client feels when they work on a Word RFP, they'll have to remove the attached image in the response, download the image to their local drive and then copy and paste the image in the response which involves more number of clicks and time.
Hence an unpin option would actually display the image in the response and serve the purpose better.
