Row wise Question marking functionality during import

The file that the user is uploading is not the exclusive SIG macros-enabled template. The questions are modified in a row-wise fashion once we upload the file, which prevents us from configuring the question.

Present behavior: The question can be marked in a column.

Expected behavior: For such documents, to be able to have the question marked under row wise as well.

We have a similar request from Rachel Meegan - KKR about mapping multiple questions in the single row and the limitation about not able to map more than 5 sub-questions.

"It's currently difficult because the platform doesn't support multiple questions on the same line and most of the time we aren't allowed to modify original file format so it makes it difficult for teams to complete this in Responsive"

We have a similar request from CBTS Technology Solutions LLC about mapping multiple questions in single row. There is a limitation of only adding 5 sub questions, and file has more than that in same row. Ticket - 75101.
