When we don't have a signed MNDA with a client. Although we can track that in a custom field, a banner or notification displayed to everyone who accesses the project would remind them of that each time they access the project.

Sometimes we want our team to refer back to the original RFP document received from the client because the import was difficult or there are images and tables in the original document that couldn't be pulled into Responsive.
That would be something we'd display in a banner on accessing a project.
resurfacing this as customer Edifecs is requesting. Their use case is they want to alert SMEs to various factors relating to the RFP such as on prem or SaaS, geo, products being considered, and other items that are important to know when responding. Project notes are hidden and they would like it to appear as an alert across the top no matter where the user is in the project.
