Ability to update "Project Stage" in archived projects

Wishing and hoping for the ability to update "Project stage" in archived projects. Most of the time, clients will not know if they won or lost for months (if they're lucky) and it's cumbersome to have to unarchive just to update project stage. Asking for myself and ERI direct.

@Kristen To update the stage, we don't need to unarchive. There are two ways to update stage and other project details without unarchiving the project

1. Click on "Project Details" menu option (OR)
2. Click on the Project row
