Adding "set numbering value" to the text editor

Hi Team,

Compugen is interested in being able to set a numbering value in Responsive. For example, if you have a numbered list, then insert a table, and resume the numbered list, it will start at 1 again after the table.

In word, you have the ability to set a numbered value, so you could resume the numbered list and start it at a number other than 1. For now, the Compugen team will have to make this update outside of the tool.
