IVANTI - Loss of formatting in task templates

when we enter the task description with simple(hypen) like bullets showing the points, the task when viewed from the project doesnt show the same way it was drafted.(shows the info in a summary view)

Ivanti users want to see the tasks in full length as drafted under description and not in a summary view

Response from Ivanti: They feel that clicking on edit to see the description is another step to look into the description detail and they want to view it just like how it is drafted under description, they think it as a bug to show a view without how it was formatted for no reason.

@ranjini Yes. Retaining the format atleast the line breaks and bullets will help the project team. We will consider it in future.

Hi Team, I wanted to circle back to see if there was any updates on this request from Ivanti. We're currently in the renewal conversation and our POC requested updates on his open feature requests as these might be the huge factors in their renewal.
