To be able to delete saved guest email address

A user from Kaiser Permanente reported an issue where they accidentally typed in the wrong guest email address. After rectifying it, they try to input the correct email address, but the wrong email address shows up in the dropdown. We do not have the option to delete the saved guest email address.

When other users try to type in the correct email address, it might mislead them to click on the dropdown (the wrong email address that was saved). It would be great if we could have the option to delete the guest email address.

@Dinesh Makes sense to remove the wrongly entered email addresses. I will let you know once we implement it.

@Pablo Ojeda We did initial analysis and looks like the change we need to do is more. Hence we did not prioritize it with a timeline. But this is still on our radar without an ETA. I will keep you posted when we start the implementation.

@Khaleeswar are there any updates or ETA on this? Kaiser does not have any that need to be deleted at the moment but would like to have the ability to do this themselves in the future instead of having to reach out to Responsive.
