Importing and configuring project documents is a crucial task for launching a new project in Responsive. In this Intermediate Importing Session, Admins and Managers learn best practices, like utilizing the Table of Contents prior to Import (20:54) and solutions to various limitations when mapping a Word Document, such as:

• (3:18) Checkboxes
• (7:50) Questions and Answers within the Same Cell
• (10:44) Answer/Text Boxes
• (18:33) Questions with Images

We also cover how to Merge Content (12:40), the Difference between Labels, Help Text, and Descriptions (15:11) and when to use the LookUp Add-On (38:40).

Not directly related to mapping, but @Aurora Nichols asked some great questions about Updating the Source File, which allows you to add updates the issuer may send you.

We also discussed the Clone Project feature (one of my favorites), which can come in handy if you're new to mapping or merging changes.

@Sarah Sambol gave a great tip on using Basic Rich Text over Full Rich text in the Answer Type Field in a Table when the answers are heading into an Excel table, as Excel doesn't accommodate graphics within cells!
