Ability to open and close the selected section in the expanded view

@kirithika We do have option to open and close a section by clicking on the section name. Recording attached to quickly visualize what i am referring to here. Let me know if my understanding is not correct.

@kirithika We can now expand or collapse all questions within a section in list view by changing the section view to "individual sections". Marking this S4 as implemented.
