Esko would like the ability to freeze filters for sections when using the past project search.
We would also see this being critically important for Searching Past Projects.
Furthermore, I can't define which 'past project' to focus on in the Project level settings. The problem today is that the users have to manually set the filter on each question one by one - which is of course a time suck and unwanted effort.
