In an Excel right now, we do not have the option to map section description for the column that follows the section name column and also occurs to the column before questions.
For example, in a row, if Column A is marked as Section and Column B is marked as Description and Column C is Question. The system considers the description in Column B as the description for question even though the description comes before question column and should be considered as Section Description.
The attached file shows such use case where the description pertains to all the question in that section, but system considers it as description only for the first question. This does not have visibility for users who are question level authors to know what is expected out of it.
