I was under the impression that the ALL filter on Owners in the CL would show you Q&As that have ALL the owners listed. Stepstone's Super Admin was looking to find Q&A pairs where she is the ONLY owner. ALL filter does not work for this and will show Q&A pairs where she is an owner with another user. Therefore, there is no difference between ANY and ALL. The customer has hundreds of owners so it would be a huge hassle to exclude every other owner when they want to find content assigned to ONLY one owner. That is the only workaround I can find.
