Retain section numbering for Excel format

I'm submitting this enhancement on behalf of Vodafone.

Retain the section numbering in other formats as well. (Excel).

In this Excel format source file, the numbering has been given as 2.8.4: Order; after importing, it doesn't retain the numbering.

@kirithika Marking a column as section number will be considered for future release.

@kirithika As discussed, bringing a new marking option to mark a column as section number will solve this problem. We will let you know once it has been implemented.

@karthickrajan Can you share the excel file to understand how the section number column is placed in the file?
