Project Document deletion

This was a request from Konika minolta:

If a document is deleted by accident, can we restore it from the trash back to the project? there are instances where users accidently delete the file which was required to be. but currently we do not have an option to do so.

@Ranjini Ganapathy This is an edge case. For now, i am marking this S4 fo future consideration.

@khalees Weren't we going to list the references (sections, questions) where the document is attached?

@AJ Sunder We do show the list of sections and questions. But we do not have option to restore the document after deletion.
