Current Behavior along with a scenario:
There are 439 items in the content library overall, but only 437 of those items have an Owner associated with them. The chart now depicts 100%, meaning that all of the items are owner added, if the user wants to verify the insights of Content owned.
Expected behavior:
If we could have a chart that displays the precise percentage of owned content/ or if where 99.5% is regarded as total 1 and displayed at 100%—is not feasible to show precise percentage, at least the chart should assist us in navigating to the unassigned questions. This typically occurs when the content is 90% or less, in which case we can click on the remaining 10% to access the unassigned questions. That is not possible under 100% which leaves us no option to check on the unassigned question.
