Applying answer from recommendations can be more user friendly

Feedback from Randstad USA - Support Ticket #40648

While applying answers from recommendations and navigating to next question, user is seeing a 'warning - recommendation not applicable' message for questions with more than one response field.

As checked, the cursor is not being placed in the response box while moving to the next question.

For questions with multiple response fields, automatic cursor placement in the first box and automatic navigation to subsequent boxes upon answer application would improve the user experience.

Also, user requested to have the warning message more relevant.

@Pavithra Devarajan+1 I tried to replicate in Dev1, but could not. Attached the recording for your reference. Any specific step or scenario I am missing here?

Hi @khalees The issue seems to be partially corrected already.

Previously, for questions with more than one response (text) field, the cursor was not being placed in the response box while moving to the next question, causing the error. It is now partially addressed.

While applying answers from recommendations, once the answer is applied to the first response box, if the cursor could move automatically to the second response field (of the same question), that would be great.

Now, the user has to manually place the cursor in the second response box and apply the answer.

@Pavithra R On automatically moving the cursor to second response field - This may not be applicable for all users. For example, after they add content into the answer field. there are chances of users editing the answer. So, we will consider it if we receive similar request in future.
