Ability to hide less used sections in the right side panel where Recommendation Engine appears.

This is a request from one of our prospects. They would like to hide certain sections which they don't normally use on the right side panel, so that it will be easier to scroll through those sections. Instead we can have a dropdown menu to quickly add/view these sections when needed. For example, hiding "Section Properties" or "Annotation" if they do not use them regularly, and yet still have the option to view when needed.
